Hospital To Home Care Services

A return from hospital is not always scheduled when there is someone on hand to transport you and assist you at home.

Returning home after a hospital visit can sometimes be challenging, especially if family members or partners are working and there is no one available to help.

If you’re returning home from hospital or surgery, Better Living Homecare can provide home support while you undergo a period of convalescence. We can arrange a pick up from the hospital and assist with the practical arrangements of returning home, right through to home care and support during recovery.

People returning home from a hospital stay may experience limited mobility, require temporary help with grooming, assistance with meal preparation or perhaps require a carer to stay overnight initially to provide any help should the need arise.

Better Living Homecare will help support you with a smooth and comfortable transition from hospital to home. We are often requested to suggest a package of care to put into place following a hospital stay. We understand everyone is different, but here are some of most commonly requested support packages.
