We charge a fair and reasonable fee which enables you to receive maximum benefit from your Home Care Package. You will not be required to pay 17.5% of the pension (known as a Daily Fee). Our maximum Total Fee is 26% with no hidden charges. Better Living Homecare do not charge an exit fee.

Three Levels of Case Management

We offer three options:

  • Fully Supported (High) Your home care package is fully managed by Better Living Homecare. Our high level case management fee is 10% of the Home Care Package income.
  • Partnership (Medium) Better Living Homecare will assist with establishing support services. Our medium level case management fee is 9% of the Home Care Package income.
  • Self-managed (Low) Better Living Homecare will review and monitor. Our low level case management fee is 8.5% of the Home Care Package income.

No Hidden Charges

  • NO Set Up Fee or Exit Fee
  • NO Hourly case management fee.
  • This is in addition to the Case Management Fee as a Percentage of Home Care Package income.
  • NO Fees or surcharges for using a carer from another provider. These include a set up fee to establish an Agreement and then a subsequent ongoing surcharge on invoices from the provider.
  • NO Daily Fee which is up to 17.5% of the pension or $9.93 per day
  • NO Basic Fee, also known as the Daily Fee

We promise there are no hidden charges in our fee. Our total maximum fee (with fully supported high level case management) is 26% of the Home Care Package income.

  • We only employ experienced Case Managers which reduces the need for supervision costs.
  • We avoid having many layers of management to provide efficient & personalised care.
